Ares Collective was established by Nathan Ares in 2014 when the first Prep & Pastry opened in Tucson Arizona.
Ares Collective has since grown into four sister concepts and six different locations throughout Arizona which include Prep & Pastry, Commoner & Co, August Rhodes Bakery, and Flora’s Market Run
AUGUST RHODES BAKERY
August Rhodes was a pop-up concept that filled the hole in our hearts that was left when Prep & Pastry moved from our flagship location. While the pop-up concept has since closed it’s doors on Campbell, August Rhodes now has a permanent home at Flora’s Market Run.
FLORA’S MARKET RUN
Flora’s Market Run serves as a staple in the Tucson community. After the closure of Rincon Market in 2020 Ares Collective saw a need to bring the neighborhood market back to life - the space functions as a grocery store, cafe, bakery and restaurant.
COMMONER & CO
Commoner & Co is Ares Collective’s fine dining concept. The overall experience is decadent. While Commoner is better known as our evening dinner concept, we also rival Prep & Pastry with our weekend brunch menu for those looking to shake up their normal brunch routine to try something fresh.
